Moringa - the Tree of Life

Moringa oleifera is the most widely cultivated species in the world, which grows in more than 82 countries and is known by over 200 different names. This "Tree of Life" is referenced in over 300 folk medicine remedies. Moringa is an exceptionally nutritious vegetable tree, chock full of anti-oxidants and vital proteins. Most parts of the Moringa plant contain a profile of important minerals and are an excellent source of protein, vitamins, such as A, C and E, beta-carotene, amino acids and various phenolics. It is considered to have the highest protein ratio of any plant so far studied on earth.
Ingredients are taken from various parts of this plant such as the leaves, roots, seed, bark, fruit, flowers and immature pods.
Moringa Oil comes from the seeds. This Moringa seed oil is clear or slightly pale yellow, odorless, and among the most nutrient-rich and skin-friendly oils. Remarkably the oil does not turn rancid for several years, largely due to its high concentration of antioxidants.
The healing properties of Moringa Oil have been documented for thousands of years. Moringa Oil has been used in skin preparations and ointments since the ancient Egyptian times. Egyptians placed vases with valuable and revered Moringa Oil in their tombs. Arabs in the desert spread the oil on their faces to ward off the ravages of sun and wind, and ancient Romans prized the oil as a stable foundation for perfumery.

Today, Moringa Oil – rare and luxurious – is among the most desired oils for the formulation of skincare cosmetics and present in many high-end age-defying and wrinkle-reduction products.

Brought directly from small communities to you

Small gardeners in central Thailand collect Moringa seeds from Moringa trees, which they grow in their back yards in traditional ways - organically, without any chemicals. None of our seeds come from big mass producing farms. The seeds are harvested during the dry season when they are totally dried up, which preserves their high quality. After rinsing the seeds once, Moringa oil is extracted with the cold pressing method.
Cold pressing takes a lot of time, because the temperature has to be controlled carefully to preserve the valuable antioxidants and nutrients with their anti-aging properties.
As the Thai say, the oil embodies the "spirits" of many good people.

By making their Moringa oil available to Canadians, we support our producers to cultivate their patches of land in a sustainable way and to continue living self-sufficiently.

Exceptional anti-aging properties

The powerful antioxidants found in Moringa Oil, combined with its high oleic acid content of more than 70%, allow Moringa Oil to bring its vital nutrients deep into facial tissue and strengthen the overall health of skin cells. This gives the skin much better means to retain moisture, deal with acne and keep it under control with the good nutrients from Moringa Oil. Moringa Oil contains four times as much collagen as carrot oil, thus helping to rebuild the skin’s collagen fibers, which reduces wrinkling and removes skin blemishes.

The many antioxidants and nutrients present in Moringa oil inhibit activities of free radicals on the skin. Free radicals can cause damage to skin tissue and pave the way for skin wrinkles.

"Bee Glorious Moringa Oil made the most astounding difference so far!
My fine wrinkles are much softer and the skin on my face looks firmer and healthier. No other natural (no chemicals) product achieved such visible and fast results. I saw a substantial difference after using it only for a few days!"

Magdalena Gelbert, Ottawa
"I love the Moringa oil. I have acne prone skin and I have to use acne pre-scription medication which leaves my skin very dry but The Moringa oil is wonder-ful to help eliminate the dryness and I think also helps with the acne. On top of that my daughter has severe eczema and the oil has helped her to clear up the eczema."
